Theo luật, đại lục cấm tiệt phim tình dục, Hồng Kông thì cho đóng phim cấp 3 nhưng không được chịch thật, còn mấy cái phim chịch thật là phim Đài Loan, không phải Hồng Kông, và Đài Loan không xếp nó vào phim cấp 3 mà gọi là phim người lớn A片 (adult film), nhưng dân Việt mình cứ thấy phim người lớn cũ cũ mà nói tiếng Trung thì đều gọi nó là phim cấp 3 hết.
