Okay, here are some screenshots.
When I click on "Status"
When I "Enable new skills", "Edit Officer" and "Save edit"
But the skill doesn't appear

1.Your game can start , can not it ?
2.If yes, Seem that Sire can not find your game folder,
2.Please advise if you've already done below steps and send screen shoot details
- Run Sire with admin rules ---> screen shot
- Load dèfaul.sire file --> screen shoot
- Do you have sire configure setting file ( note pad file ) like that
D:\user name\Program Files\Koei\San11 Tc\san11pk.exe : have to fill in by yourself
C:\Users\****\Desktop\San11\San11 SIRE Eng\default1.sire ( this path is automatically done by sire)
.Please send location of San11TC folfer in your PC and the sire note pad setting file

Here is some info when you use SIREOkay, here are some screenshots.
请正确埴写兵种相克的伤害倍率: please input corect value for army damage rate (0-5)
- Your exe file must be SAN11PK.exe (version 1.1)
- Check range carefully when input value (it will show in tooltip). If you input value out of the range, SIRE will not work
- You can run Sire first then run game (the 6th icon on top of sire). When you finish edit value click "Apply Edit" on right top corner of Sire.

Yes, game can start.
Tested running Sire as admin:

Nothing worked.
SAN11PK.exe is 1.1 and it doesn't work event if I don't change the values, like when I tested default.sire.
Are you sure it works on non-Chinese Windows XP?

I'm not test on win Xp but it work well with Win 7 US (dont need to change system language to Chinese)
After edit stats of officer you should End turn to see stats change.

The game can start alone, so we are very close . Sire did not find your exe game only
1.I need the location path when you put your San1PK.exe to check
2.Copy our SIRE.EXE and the default 2 to a new folder named "SIRE" only
3.Right mousé click the SIRE exe, run with administrator and show me the screen shoot

Thanks for the manual vaan 2410, but the problem persists.
I didn't understand step 1 traitim virus. You can see the paths on the last picture of my previous post.
I tried loading the default2.sire and then filling the SAN11SIRE.ini after that, but it didn't work.
If I fill the game path in SAN11SIRE.ini and click the 6th icon on top of sire, the game starts, but SIRE shows the 0~5 error message. So SIRE can find San11PK.exe
I believe SIRE can't read default.sire as it should, maybe due to an encoding problem that Windows 7 handles better than Windows XP.

Dont give up, you 've waited 3 years, and i read your post in game.ali.123 ; but please try this again
1.First, delete your game folder, clean registry
2.Copy the San1 TC folder to D:\Portable Program ( for testing English font only)
so the path in the ini should be revised to : D:\Portable Program\San1 TC\san11pk.exe
3..Install Simsun font here to make sure

4.change Language for non Unicode programs to Simplified Chinese PRC
3.After restart ,

ai giới thiệu cách dùng qua sire gì đó ko? Lâu lắm rồi mình mới lại join vào topic RTK này! Thấy có bản mới hay hay Lubu, Trương Phi ra trận 50% khả năng stun j đó. Mình dowload bản china như hd + cái tool sire đó mà vào trong tướng vẫn vậy. Ko biết dùng ntn Pro nào hướng dẫn qua tí. Thanks

Maybe they are the problem, but I need them for my translation project. It seems I'll have to wait a few more years and play on a virtual machine.

Có bác nào biết làm bảng mã font như thế nào không? Vẽ được nhưng không biết chuyển qua hex như thế nào?
Lần trước dùng sansire thì không sao, lần này cài lại win thì bị vầy, có bác nào giúp em với. :(
Khi chỉnh trên sansire rồi lưu lại rồi vào game thì hiện ra cái bảng kia, trong game không có gì thay đổi. Em dùng đúng bản 1.1 chinese. Phần chỉnh sửa không hề vượt quá chỉ số max, mà thử chỉnh về default nhưng vẫn bị hiện cái bảng kia, không rõ lỗi gì.

Các bác cho em hỏi làm sao được 600.000 quân vậy, em chơi Kiến nghiệp chỉ được 150.000 là full ko lên nổi nữa là sao nhi?

bạn đợi 1 lúc khoảng 5 phút xem nó có hiện lên ko?Có thể do cái rundll.exe trong task manager đó.cái đó làm 1 số game rất lâu mới chạy được.Có thể là do bản win đó.
