Nope. English essay and Vietnamese essay have different structure.

Try to do things you love which involve the use of Eng. Otherwise, try to rethink in English every sentences you speak in Vietnamese. Repeat sentences from foreign movies and such. Just, be involved with Eng at any time possible. 1 or 2 minutes is fine.
