For those who are curious as to what Kimura did, KMR's tenure as Producer of GBF was short, only lasting from March 2014 to July 2014 before being replaced by HRT. Here's what he did do:
1.Introduce Lily in March, 2014, originally intending events to have boost characters like most other games at that time, to be fair, KMR did not introduce anymore of these kind of characters up until his replacement in July, so it's safe to say he made the call that generating revenue via special 'event booster' characters wasn't suitable for GBF, and therefore scrapped this idea. (Why Lily never had her passive removed will probably remain a mystery) 2.KMR introduced two things: Start Dash Suptix and Daily 90 Coin Gacha, it was only later HRT took it further and made Suptix a thing. So you can call Suptix originally KMR's idea. 3.On a lesser note, but still important, GBF's focus on art and music was likely decided by KMR from the beginning of this game, and hasn't changed focus even till now. 4.While the Casino was introduced 2 months after his replacement, he likely still had a hand in planning the whole thing.
The first point is what most people nitpick him over, since there is no telling whether he will do it again or not, but judging from how he called it off, and in the months that followed Lily's release, events went on without the concept, it's probably safe to say it won't happen.
It's undeniable that Haruta is the one that made the game popular up until now (even with all the colossal screw-ups, he was the one that made this game top charts) Kimura did set several foundations to this game, some undeniably set the course for the two years that followed. Both have had their contributions and really, only time can tell what will happen now that Haruta is gone.
Generally speaking though, I doubt KMR would take away any existing goodies the players have grown accustomed to, lest he wants another gigantic flame burning on the internet like what happens every single time they screw up.
