Đây là bản mod Vietnam dành cho game Hearts of Irons 2 : Armageddon 1.3 beta 2. Bản mod này được xây dựng bởi 2 thành viên strits1945 và Chamoisking. Nội dung tập trung vào việc tạo ra 1 nước Việt Nam độc lập vào năm 1936, phát triển và đưa đất nước vượt qua Thế chiến thứ 2.
