(Not all player's stat has updated cause Konami database is big and i need more times in doing it)
Some updates and errors fixed base on w!Ld@ and nadieevoweb helps.

- Some Transfers updated.

Better young players for master league experience.
Fixed some known errors.
PES point of 30000.
Increase All Players Short Passing Accuracy and Long Passing Accuracy by +5% for
better play.
Increase GoalKeeper Agility and Jump by +5.
Increase All Players Defence by +5% for better intelligent defence.
Decrease All Players Attack by -5.
Decrease All Player speed, Acceleration, Dribbling Speed by -3.
Decrease All Players Shot Accuracy by -3.

(Multi) PS2 ==== 2 files, ONE with gameplay tweak and another without

Backup your existing option file to another memory card, so that you can revert back your original setting
if you don't like my OF.
#Max Drive#
- Download the Option File (.max)
- Install Max Drive software on PC
- Copy the OF to Max Drive using PC's USB
- Put PS2 Max Drive disk in PS2, then turn off PS2
- Connect Max Drive to USB port of PS2 and switch on PS2
- Choose "My Devices"
- Select the PES Option file in the left hand window
- Choose "Uncrush to MC" ( 1 or 2 - whichever memory card you want the option file to go to)
- Switch off PS2
- Boot up Pro Evo
- Enjoy
#PC to PS2 only with USB Flash Drive #
peras's tread on PC to PS2 Option File transfering without Max Drive
#X-Port#
- Download the Option File (.xps)
- Installed the X-Port program
- Connect PS2 to PC using the X-Port
- Insert the X-Port CD into the PS2
- Load the X-Port program on PC
- Then copy OF from PC to PS2 memory Card
- Unplug X-Port
- Boot up Pro Evo
- Enjoy
#Bin&Cue#
- Download the Option File (Bin&Cue)
- Burn Bin&Cue image into CDR/CDRW
- Boot the CD on PS2
- The menu will load showing the contents of Memory Card

- Press R1 and this menu appears

- Move down to cdfs as shown and press x, the contents of the CD will now show
