Uh huh, this song's such a nice one. However, now this song makes me feel a little bored, maybe cos I've heard it so many times on TV, they almost play it all the time. Now I prefer "Say you, say me" to "Hello". Lionel also has lots of good songs, have you ever heard "Love, oh love" and "Penny Lover"? I promise that when you listen to "Love, oh love", you will love it like me, just because of its lyric.

Hey,let me dicus about that..because music is the very important part in my life.
To beauty spot:You like classic music like that..hmm,may be you music skill better than me..I heard about that rhytm,but I not already have a cahne to hear that,the symphony of Bethoven that I have heard was"Sornate of the Moon" but it's not the classic version..
I like classic by another way,I like the way Sergiovia,the greatest guitarist in the world plays guitar..some one said that his finger looks like the rain from heaven to the desk,hic..I can't imagine that??
I like English song ,too..last year when I was stuck in disapoint and sadness,I heard the song:Life like the river on the radio,it really makes me feel serious,may be I will..cry for that:

They said that symphonies of Mozart or Beethoven make babies more intelligent,will be good in Mathematic...

Although chrismas day have passed away,but It's still cool,so I want to say somethings about "Wham" and their chrismas song_"Last Chrismas".

I think that any song which becomes a good song must have three conditions:good rhythm,good lyric and a suitable singer.

"Last Chrismas" by Wham had all of that conditions.

Every Christmas, I’d like to listening this song. And I also love this video clip. It’s pretty nice. A guy love a women who is ex-girl of his friend…And he put his love deep in his heart. Chirstmas is chance he can meet his girl.By the way he also had his own girl. Damn guy.

On Christmas days, I often listen to some old style songs, such as Silent Night, White Christmas,... I rarely listen to the modern ones.

Its rhythm is pretty good but I don't like that song and Elton too.

Grunge? Maybe, but I read it from a magazine, it read that in 80s, Nirvana was the starters of Alternative Rock, it means Punk or Grunge (I don't know clearly) transformed into Alternative.
"xí"? Haha, it's funny, but have you guys ever heard the mexican talking English in their way? I heard they often use "Sí" before they wanna speak :D.
U2 and Sting? Not really, all I can tell you at this time is "I just like 1 song of each band". Sting: Every Breath You Take, and U2: Can't Live without You (or some name I can't remember). Seems like Sting has gone too far in his songs, everytime I listen to one of his songs, I often see the Buddha appears somewhere :). And U2? Haha, it's a little funny, I feel really hard to listen clearly what the hell are they singing about? :D
Eminem? I like him, he makes me remember I white guy in the past, he's Vanilla Ice, a cool white rapper that I've never seen before :).

Uh,all of you seem like English song but forgot Vietnamese songs.
So now I want to talk something about our country music.
Yes,our classic songs are one of my favourites.Have you ever heard a song like "Đi tìm người hát câu lý thương nhau","Lá xanh","Chào em cô gái Lam Hồng" or "Người ơi người ở đừng về"?
All of them make me recognize that our songs are also wonderful.They describle our past loves.That loves which I can not see in our nowaday songs were too pure and intense.I like them much.
In all musicians then Phan Huỳnh Điểu have impressed me the best.
His immortal love songs like "Thơ tình cuối mùa thu","Anh ở đầu sông,em cuối sông","Vàm cỏ đông"...all are really great.They filled with eager and deep love.When I'm hearing them my soul have great feelings.Sometime my troubles have been taken away by that.
I like Trần Tiến too.His songs are something romantic,antiilliteracy.I always feel my soul flying and come back my country sides when hearing his songs.With "Sao em nỡ vội lấy chồng" or "Chị tôi",Trần Tiến have became musician of country side.
Besides that,Hoàng Việt is a great musician.His songs like forever love song "Tình Ca",or "Nhạc rừng" are really too pure.Hoàng Việt is one of musicians who combined deep love and strong country love that nowaday songs can not reach.And I want to say about "Nhạc rừng" a little."Nhạc rừng" is a song which Hoàng Việt composed in one case that he went into forest and feeling about pleasant silience.And then he created "Nhạc rừng",with bird-sings,springs babble...
And nowaday,in all of young singers I only like Quang Dũng and Thư Lê.Because when hearing their songs,I'm really impressed.Both of them have good voice,and almost song lyrics they sang were not nonsense words.
Do you know them?
Yes,all things I talked before are only my love for our country songs.

Of course, I try and try to find an album of Metallica, man. Actually I have a Metallica's double CD for my own, it's a collection double-CD (I guess you know this for sure, 'cause it's almost lying in every CD Shop).

Sting used to be a member of Police-an English band. He's had 3 songs that brightened up his name, they're: "Every Breath You Take", "Fragile", and "English Man in New York". I used to like him a lot, but now he's put underground :D. His nowaday songs have many images of Buddha, you know, these songs always make me sick :D. Now that I hate him.

I think that list I’ve heard from 1 singer…She’s Thu Hiền people’s artist..right ? But “Lá xanh”…I’m not sure she sang it :-?...That’s all great songs and contain traditional harmony…but you know ! I’m just 20 years old and too young, speaking some ways…I rarely have chance to hear those much...just by TV or some musical game shows as “Trò chơi âm nhạc”…but I truly care it.

Is it right ? I’m not sure …:p. Trần Tiến, Hoàng Hiệp, Trần Long Ẩn who songwriters I really like. You can feel the meaningful in “Một đời người một rừng cây” of Sir. Trần Long Ẩn….The romanticism of love in Sir. Trần Tiến’s songs you listed…The deep country love in Sir. Hoàng Hiệp’s songs..he also had two great songs for his two fatherlands: Hà Nội and Hồ Chí Minh…he he Do all you know ? Unfortunately, Hoàng Việt whom I knew from musical game shows or some musical programs but that not impressed me more with his songs...maybe I didn’t remember #-o.

And I also love Southern folk songs, Southern melodies and so forth as “Chiếc áo bà ba”…Do you know Sir Bắc Sơn or Vũ Đức Sao Biển (his nick) who is not only a songwriter but also a law journalist ? Have you ever hear “Điệu buồn phương Nam”, “Bông điên điển”, “Còn thương rau đắng mọc sau hè” …nice songs…I love them :>.

And nowaday, a famous young songwriter that we’ve heard and I care…that is Nguyễn Nhất Huy with “Chồng xa” or “Thương người dưng” …or his friends in KTX band as Quốc An and Hoài An whom I had admired…but I think they two are sweeping with the music which is called “Nhạc thị trường”…I feel less sorry about that..Correct me if I was wrong.

More and more great songwriters..but I can’t remember and list now…How could we describe the emotions of those great songs by English ?...It’s really difficult, isn’t it ?

And nowaday, in all of young singers I only like Quang Dũng and Thư Lê.Because when hearing their songs,I'm really impressed.Both of them have good voice,and almost song lyrics they sang were not nonsense words.

Quang Dũng is just known in recent times with Trịnh’s songs, he has good baritone voice to impress us easily…but It’s premature in commenting on him I think…

On the other hand, I think Trần Tiến so “ngẫu hứng” in all his songs. The words he used in so natural. Maybe it’s not more beautyful and fussy than Trịnh’s love songs but romantic than …right ?

Actually, I daren’t say…but this is my opnion:
- We should have the clement looking to comment.
- The audience is the best measure for any singers nowaday: “you best mean you be”
- The trend of modern music is defferent each year.
- The way you sense different from the sense the younger guys have now.

And so is VN music. It’s diversified I mean. You can see that in music shows in TV each week in HCM City or somewhere. Many and many “new” singers or bands appeared in those shows: worst, bad, good, best there all…but I think it’s Okay though lot of d**n songs “được nhái lại” from foreign. Things that I could say that’s the way they wear and express the songs, d**n lipsync trend….

We have the bad music entertainment I must say it..no one can deny it.
Some singer like ****uhm,I don't want to talk about her or his name,they have beautiful outside shape,but their talent is waste for those song..they are really entertainment..not art,I don't like that kind of music..but they must work for they packet.
It's so difficult to find some singer can become artist in the true meaning.
Ah,there's the another line of music..they are rock band..I think,they are may be not famous now,but our music in the future can exist because of them..I hope about them very much:x

But beside the bad things you have said nowaday we still have some singers whom I estimate highly.They are called "Vietnamese high quality produces" like Quang Dũng or Mỹ Tâm...That's why I only heard Viet classic songs and them.

Ah,there's the another line of music..they are rock band..I think,they are may be not famous now,but our music in the future can exist because of them..I hope about them very much

I heard: Đường đến đỉnh vinh quang on “SV2000”, and “Khám phá” on others. I think they’re pretty good…I also knew “Bức tường” more from “Người đương thời” show on TV….But actually, other VN rock bands I don’t know…

However, I had had bad bad impressions on VN rock bands since I seen “ Ban nhạc và bạn trẻ” ‘n now that was known as “Nhóm ca và bạn trẻ” in HCM City. I wish you could see they “showed” the way called Rock…The ”Wish band” is the most appropriate example, I think. Poor them! #-o You should see the way they tried to “copy” alternative style in there…they tried to put the rap in Viet rock…sh*t. I felt sick when saw they performed…:)) they think they are Limp Bizkit or Linkin Park…sh*t. you can know what I say if you hear the song name “SEA Games…” ( I forgot)…hic

And do you know “Trio 666” that a girls band in recent times ?…I don’t know why MC as Anh Tuấn on Tropical MTV and comunications introduced them as the alternative rock band…when my brother asked me why..I really did not how answer :-/…? A girls band sings and dances like that…even in their songs… just organ sounds ‘n electrical sounds in Pop music…the styles fully “copied” from the Atomic Kitten in UK…I don’t understand. Infact, Trio 666 has an alternative style. They play alternative but not nu-metal.
Alternative is a little different from Alternative Rock. I only know this 'cause I'm just a music amateur :p.

I think all the bullshits such as GMC or someone else like this is just called "group", not called "band" 'cause they only sing and sing, not playing musical instruments while performing. Whadda hell, I'd rather clean all the bathrooms in New World with my tongue than spend just a minute listening to them :(, they make me sick!

Songs on new year days? :-? Of course "Happy New Year" is considered as the most popular song on New Year Celebration. At this moment I can't remember some one else that's good like it :(, maybe 'cause songs like this are pretty rare, authors almost focus on Christmas Holiday, so if you ask me about songs for X'mas, maybe I'll do it better :D.

Yeeesss, I surely know Barbara Streisand, "Woman in Love" is just one of her greatest hits, do you know something about this song, man? It was written by the Bee Gees. Of course I like "Woman in Love", and I also love "You Don't Bring Me Flower Anymore", "My Heart Belongs to Me", "The Way We Were".

I’d like to know who sang them: Gary Barden (main singer when it was Micheal Schenker Group) or McAuley (last main singer when it named McAuley Schenker Group….1987-1992) or Micheal Schenker (younger brother of Rudolf Schenker) ?

Yep, two of the listed songs: What happens to me and Nightmare is best for me. They played acoustict guitar and “rải” uninterruptible in all songs I heard. Sounds like something is complicated and in an impasse. MSG had familiar with something as Scorpions: especially singing voice. But I was really amazed at that there was no any drum sound in their songs…right ?.Looks like the unplugged was their favourite styles. It made their solid ballads as a unique specific characteristic. When I knew ballads rock songs first time...kept thinking “She’s gone” of Steel Heart was the best but in hindsight I realize the songs of MSG is better: especially Nightmare and What happens to me…oh also Anytime, When I’m gone

Scorpions had a lot of ballad songs, Jon Bon Jovi did it, too, such as, "Always", "Bed of Roses", "Blaze of Glory", "I'll Be There for You",... Besides, most of the rock bands have their own ballads, Metallica had "The Unforgiven", Deep Purple had "Wasted Sunset", Richie Blackmore had "Temple of the King".
Ah, there's an artist that I promise you'll like him, he really kicks ass, it's Gary Moore, and it's worth to listen to him :D.

Not really, rock ballad's just one of my favourites :). My love belongs to Classic Rock, especially before 75 or 80. My Dad was a crazy fan of classic rock, and that's the way I am now. He used to tell me anything he's known about his favourites bands and artists, I've found that he really loves the CCR, the Who, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, the Marmalade Boys (with a one-hit-wonder: Reflections of My Life), Christophe (a French artist), and a lot of Vietnamese bands before 75, such as The Phoniex, Les Vampires, the Strawberry Fours,... oops, I say too much. :) Now, I think I'm his "clone" :).
Altanative? Sure, I like it. Many modern rock bands play Altanative Rock, such as, Pushmonkey, Linkin Park, Lit (this is a hard one), Limp Bizkit,...
About Nirvana, I don't have much chance to listen to their records 'cos I find it's really hard to find one of their albums, so I just know some of their hits :p.
Linkin Park kicks ass, but it appears that their music makes us get bored easily, I don't mean I dislike them :).

Any famous singer in the world has a highly intensive works. No wonder Avril sang badly in MTV ASIA music awards . It's better than lip-sync. I would rather support for that than lip-sync like B.S always does.I like all kind of music: all types of rock, pop, R 'd B , sumphony, French music , English music except current Vietnamese music ( i mean music of VN's youth) and Jazz. I used to listen to music 'bout 4 hours per day . Is it too much? :-?
Every morning i get up and the first thing i do is turning on P.C to listen to music. It'll make me feel better.

Up to now, I've just known of one of Nelly Furtado songs :), it's Like a Bird. Her voice's good, her style looks strange, but I don't know why I've never been interested in her :). Btw, she won a Grammy Award, it showed that she's talent :).

you 're rite cigar , i don't like listening to music on pc too , inspite of that , i often do.
radio rarely plays such songs i wanna hear , and turning the turner make me sick also . the radio station has changes the broadcast schedule this year , it takes time for me to get used to.
i love enjoying with my CD player though , simply put some favourite Cd or tape .the tragedy is i cann't affort to buy all Cds i like , my part-time job is only enough for internet and purchasing some gift for bunch of my nasty girl friends ..

store music in pc is easy and pretty cheap!! sometime you can both listen to music and do something like programming , hacking or typing a **** long document :)) .with Sound max 5200 subwood , i can't see anything different from the Cd player just little bit uncomfortable .
i have a hard disk wich are 80G storage , use 5G for music :D . it's a promblem ,due to that my house is always used as a "meeting hall " . i have my neighborhoods visit my house twice everyweek , dunno why :))

I work w/ computer everyday. So it's easier 4 me 2 listen 2 music on PC. Usually I start Winamp as soon as my PC gets on. MP3 quality is of course better than what u r listening to on radio rite? Today it's not a problem to transfer music from radio to PC. So why don't u give it a go?
Guys, u have talk too much bout rock, pop... but have u heard Enya, Charlotte Church? It's worth trying, man. At first, I bought a CD of Enya without knowing what the heck it is... later I changed my mind... Wow, gotta say beautiful music with beautiful words in lyrics... Do I make it up? If you play road rash,and in the beginning at the race,you can hear various of Rock songs,and I asert that you will feel fantasic with it,but it can't compare with the song from Mettalica,you can't feel how great they was,because we hear it without any scene.
In the cafe',they concentrate with some soft,light rock like Unforgiven ,mamma Said or Nothing else matter,but they are not the greatest thing that Mettalica can do.
Hard to find the emotion when herd their song,but when we sucess with it,we will discover more and more.

once upon a time,a fat beggar goes to a small house.it's a lovely house, there are 4 people live in it. the beggar has a beautiful voice and his song is beautiful too! so, the daughter goes out to listen to him clearly. but his song is not only lovely but also...romantic ! she listens and listens than her parents find that there is some problem with her ears. they take her to see a doctor, the doctor insits that because she had heard so many times something that her ears can't work anymore !
so, her parents catch the fat beggar, send him to a policeman,he's imprisoned for a long time until hecan compose another and better song.

' how can we keep the time from fading away ' yeah they trasformed pretty well . Besides , their Songs wich composed in English are beautifull also with meaningfull lyrics .

i've never heard this song, i'll try to find a CD has it. I am not much interested in rock too. i like Richard Marx's music and Bryan Adam's music, not so noisy, not so slow, not so quick, and their music don't let me go in headache. HERE I AM, a song of Bryan Adam is an example.

Yep, IMO, Bryan Adam has something common with Richard Marx. Especially, the hoarse voice of both of them, they perform ballad songs coolly and irresistibly. We always sense the deep emotion and romanticism in their songs. Richard is also more well-known in compose industry than Bryan, both of them are great songwriters though. The difference is Bryan can perform jupilant songs, Richard does not.

…In the other hand, Richard songs have tendency to include slow tempo and less sound effects and less “showing off” solo sequence from electric guitar than Bryan . As Bryan sings, the audience can sing with him but as Richard Marx bursts into his songs no one could have the heart to butt on him ‘cos everyone’d rather love to listen to him than. I don’t know whether there seems a coincidence or not but last night, I watched and listened to “I will always return” which is sound track of the “Spirit” cartoon of Dreamwork on “Get ReelTV ” was projected on HTV7. It was performed by Bryan. It’s really a beautiful song :x ; you can check my words.

It was written in 1933. Its melody and original lyrics were the creation of Rezso Seress. It's in Hungarian at first but then many countries attempted to translate the lyrics (in English there is Billie Holiday who translated and the song also made many suicided). There is also a Vietnamese version of it by Pham Duy. It sounds so nasty and hopeless and bitter and every bad things (the English version). I suggest you don't listen to it because it is not good at all. Also by the time it hits public, everyone starts to listen and many of them suicide after listening to the song. It's very strong and influential that it makes the government of many countries ban the song. (you can still download it everywhere now for free). I heard it came back out to the public but only with instrumental version. But still, with the instrumental version it kills many people. I don't know why. Probably they were scare of the lyrics or it is too strong and it gets in their head that the only way to release it is to suicide ??? I guess. With me, I don't do those stupid things hahaha. My life is still fine and I'm perfectly fine with my ROCK & Trance music.

Anyone here like to listen to rock? I think it's so cool because many Rock bands MAKE THEIR OWN MUSIC AND THEN PLAY IT BY THEMSELVES. Unlike Pop or many others that you need a composer, a singer, a band ... many of those stuff to make up a song. Rocker just do them all by themselves, very impressive and the music is so good. I like Evanescence and Linkin Park. Sometimes it's good to listen to rock because it releases stress (at least to me). At first it might sound so bad but when you get the hang of it you might like it so much. But once in a while, I listen to some old pop / classical in both English and Vietnamese. I think they should not be forgotten and it's good to listen to them sometimes. As for the new flow of viet music, I'm not interested in that anymore.

Oh yeah, I like rock music, too. But I think Vietnam has many songs with beautiful melody and meaningful lyric, such as Thuyền và biển, Mùa xuân trên cao .etc. In Sao Mai, many extraordinary songs was sung, and that's good. But that don't mean I like Vietnamese teen pop, It always make me crazy.

i guess you've heard them many times because they were composed many years ago. And they're quite well-known. Do you like them ? i am afraid of Ưng Hoàng Phúc or Hàn Thái Tú's music. I can't understand what they are singing. About love ? or about something "nhảm nhí" that they call "love" ? Next Sunday, NVH Thanh Niên will hold a show. That's how it goes. By the way, Kép! I'm gonna be in HCM City this Christmas, probably, I'm not for sure if I can make it or not. Anyway, do you have any place of interest to suggest? Or it would be more exciting if we can gather a bunch of folks to fool around until I leave, which is right after New Year Day, wouldn't it? I want to have some folks to have fun with me while I'm there since I don't have any acquaintance now in VN. I've lost track of them all. You guys got me all wrong! First, I'm still having my freedom and I'm still enjoying it. I'm not dumb enough to sign the Marriage Certificate (aka life imprisionment verdict) that early. :) Second, this is toward Xicàque, I am not going to ask you to spend even a cent. I'll cover you all, whoever you are as long as someone who love to enjoy fun, then you're all fine with me. I'm the man of liberal, I'm not the chump of conservative. Therefore, you don't have to worry about the difference in age, I can fit myself into any categories. :) Last but not least, even though I'm a guy, I have to tell you this, that I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't race, I don't rap, I don't gamble, I don't mess with girls, I don't do anything that could be harmful to my health, literally. The only thing that I do a lot is eating. I enjoy every kind of food. I eat a lot! That's why I'm weighing 162 lbs. Don't get me wrong, though. Even I don't do that much beside eating, I'm still fine with whoever have done them all! So that's that. By the way, things are going smoothly now, as I expect. No matter what happens, we are still like brothers and sisters in this unique box that exists in a common forum. When it comes to joke, no one intended to hurt the other in the first place. Having said that, what Kefka have been kidding around with Broom were not intentional, I can tell. However, what Kefka failed to realize is that Broom is still a teenager, and a teenager is supposed to be spoiled, not to be teased. Even though Kefka has made a cruel mistake, it was not his fault totally. Broom has been a happy girl, an active angel, a sociable friend until recent, she is undergoing a change. Nobody knows what happened to her that made her changed her behaviors. Nobody knows what went wrong that made her not alike as before. In his mind, Kefka did not mean anything harmful to the angel, unfortunately, he already did. In her mind, Broom did not mean to hurt Kefka's feeling by bringing the matter up, however, she did. So, to resolve the conflict between the two, I suggest you two youngsters PM each other for good sake. You don't have to say much but apologizing each other for accidentially making each other feels hurt. Subsequently, when you are not in the good mood, just say it out and ask everyone to stop making fun of you until you are better. Alternatively, when you are not in the good mood, don't talk to anyone, don't meet anyone, don't see anyone, especially, don't be online. Go somewhere you like, spend a couple of hours there, empty your mind, and get back to the cruel life as you feel refreshed. Last but not least, you have to learn how to say NO and when to say NO for your own good.

This is for my younger brother Xicàque: Look, I don't want you to give me any excuse for not being able to meet me if I am able to visit VN this Christmas. You should, however, talk to me in person to see what sort of guy I am, that's all I want to say to you. If you still consider I am your old brother beside your big brother Hung Long, then get ready to have fun with me when I'm there. If you can't leave your den, I'll go there. So, that's that.
