"Smoking is not good for your health!" On every pack of cigarettes there is a line say so. As we all know, smoking could cause cancer and other disease; it also contain nicotine that make you addicted. If you want to give up smoking what do you do ???

I tried smoking long ago, probably when I was like 11, 12. It was fun, quite! But it just didn't catch my interest much. Thank goodness, because I know many friends who have trouble quitting, even worse, are denial about their addiction. When you're denial it's impossible to quit.
So to quit I believe one should be aware of his problem (addiction), seek help if he cannot do it by himself, and most importantly, maintain a positive attitude. When you are down it's easy light a cigarette(spelling??)

But first of all you have to say why you want to give up? :)) It's not that easy, I know a lot of people trying many ways to give up smoking but never succeed and starts smoking again after a break. It's not that easy, use chewing gum is good but it won't last for a long time. U'll be back with cigarrette hehee.

Hey, I'm the one who gives up smoking successfully. Several years ago, I smoked too much. Smoking is really harmful for our health, buddies!
He he,I don't know how to give up my habbit,but the problem is,I still lkie it,I don't want to give up Cigarettes :)):))

Why do u guys have to discuss about this? For me, I have allergy with cigarette so I can not even smoke?? If u want to give up smoking, try to make your brain afraid of that. Every time I smell someone smoke --> ặc ặc hắt xì!!
And Mr.Hairless, (or brainless I think), u should stop saying things negative, if u smoke please smoke yourself alone don't telling other people bad things.
wêll why are you hard on it ? it's very diffcult to get rid of smoking . many people had tried to quit but they didnt succeêded they had to take the pack after a short time T_T . We talk 'coz we just want to share our experiment and courage with others . is it wrong ?!

Stupid. My father is a strong example, he once both smoked and drank alcohol - a lot, but he has successfully get rid of them, forever. Because of weak and hopeless people like you the world still has so many smoking dummies ruining themselves...

I gave up smoke cos I don't have anyreasons to smoke. My girlfriend was very suprised when I succeed.
Now, I gain my weight 5 kilos, I could sleep easier, and playing sport better than before.

1) Find a beautiful and clever lady, you'll give up yourself.
2) Try eating something (food ony, not table or furniture, ok?) I think chewing-gum is best!
3) Find some thing "special" like drug, wine, you won't smoke anymore! (^','^)

My father had three times to give up smoking, but he didn't success, he gave up and smoke again, so can you shơ me the way to make him give up smoking successful.

I don't know how could I stop smoking, but I remembered a girl who helped me to stop smoking!
Yes, always the girls. I smoked so much when I was in high shcool, but when I met her and started to like her, I knew that she did not like man smoking! She asked me to stop, and I don't know why I obeyed her at that time (is it power of love? :D). it was easy for me to stop, for 3 months, I did not take any cigarrett from my friends and I ingore all inviting me to smoke.
If you want to give up smoking, just find a girlfriend, she can help you very much not only in stop smoking but also in stop drinking

Yes, drinking to much coke can make you die because of its gas. My dad told me that and he taught me to not drink coke but beer ^_^. However he was unsuccessful because I sweared to a girl to not drinking beer or wine anymore, also smoking. I love her and I can do anything she asks me to do. Now I am not smoking and drinking, she is my method. So, if she does not love me, I still keep my promise. I won't let her down because of me!
The best way to give up smoke is..try to learn more..have a good work to do(the best is work in a foreign company)..and have the good salary.
I will change "Black Cat" to "555"..that kind of Cigarette have a low_nicotin Ingredients..and I will live longer:)):))

However…I hear someone talked one way to stop smoking.
Example:If you smoked 1 cigarette pack/day
-First day: you could try to smoke 18 a day
-Second day: 16 a day
-Third day: 14 a day

oh someome is calling me a weak man! Hey, I am always like Shun, sometimes I am too weak when standing before a girl I like. I can say back to my parents, I can ingore all their oders. However, when I meet her, I cannot do anything.She is so smart, she can understand what I am going to tell her. She is pretty, yes she is! I have knew her for 3 years and said love to her for 2 times, and I keep the third times. She and I are having the happy time together. For 2 weeks, I visited her house everyday and talked with her about 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We are so talkative, I guess you will think so. Talking to her so much, I don't have time to smoke or drink. So ciga, just find a girl who yoy really love and you will do like me!

Smoking cannot make evrybody nearer, just makes evrybody die easier ^_^. Beer is worse then ciga, if you drink beer too much. You will get "bụng bia"! Do you think you are handsome with "bụng bia"?
ha ha, sure, "bụng bia" is not handsome, but i think when you're old ,you'll get that "của nợ", when you're young, when you're still talk alot, study alot, play games alot, i think you can't get fat!

Well beer will make everybody become nearer..but we can't drink beer everywhere..for example:in the work hour..and beside of this..hikhik..some one has vomited after they drink beer,and we call it:"to meet Miss Huệ"..when some one vomit they will:Huệ,huệ,huệ..:))

Give up smoking? Im so lucky that Im not a smoker. My father was a crazy fan of tobaco , hic! He died of cancer several years ago, I dont smoke, it doesnt mean anything in my life cos I never feel any attractive in smoking, sometimes my friend gives me a "E box moderator" I burn it but never give the smoke get into my lung . he he!!!

I think the habit os smoking is very hard to give up. And some can try but lose the will. So important that you must train your will! And using some other methods like realising the effects and harm of smoking, often discuss about them to prevent us from that bad habit!~

To increase the price of cigarette to the highest level when it's as expensive as gold in all over the world . LOL
555 now is as ex as gold so It's rarely to see a person that smoke "555" . they turn into craven "A"(cat) LOL
when i become the prime minister I will use my power to increase the price of cigarette to 500k per box for almost kind . he he!!!

Not the way you thought…maybe I said much about “beer”, “drinking”…but in reality that means that I’m not a drinking guy…I have some problems with my liver :-s years ago…I like drinking beer…a little bit/ a bottle ‘n that’s my limit, always…when I feel something, meet friends…or watch football matchs..a beer better than a cigarette for sure…You know ! some guys could drink 1 or 2 beer box each drinking…It makes me sick :-&..
The problem is:the tobacco company need money to continue their production,so they need many guests..
To attrac guess,they much let the price of Cigarette as low as possible(nowaday,cigarettes quite expensive,but everyone can buy it...because it not out of their limit..)
The president can't stop the action of those tobacco company,because of the lacking_work situation in our social-->so the goverment can't carry out that decision.
-->Just dream about the world without Cigarette, :lol
